Meeting Program:

Social hour will begin at 6pm with a cash bar, followed by dinner and a program presented by Greg Graham, President EPBR. Topics of the evening include; an update on Jefferson County septic issues, the recent merger of MRIS and Trend to create the new Bright MLS, what it means for listings in the panhandle, housing market report with MLS statistics for the panhandle and an update from EPHBA on the recent Capacity Improvement Fees and building code changes.
