Preparing to Receive Your SentriLock Equipment

You will receive an email from SentriLock the day before class with instructions for setting up your SentriLock account. Please follow the instructions in that email and make sure your account is set up before class begins.

Please download the SentriLock app before class so you’re ready to get started.

During class, we’ll make sure you know how to:

• Take ownership of a lockbox.
• Release the shackle.
• Open the key compartment.
• Navigate the SentriLock website and explore its resources.
• Use key features of the SentriLock app.

You’re also welcome to review the online training resources before class to familiarize yourself with the equipment and its features.
